A-Fest is proud to host a wide range of stalls from charities, community organisations, youth groups, local businesses, and independent traders.
We welcome applications from organisations and businesses that align with the values of A-Fest and offer something engaging, informative, or enjoyable for families and young people.
This includes community services, creative traders, food vendors, and activity providers.
Stall costs for 2027 (opening 1st January 2027)
Charities, voluntary groups and organisations - FREE
Local businesses and traders - £50.00
(SOLD OUT) Food & drink vendors - £50.00
What do stalls involve?
Stalls are an opportunity to showcase what you do, engage directly with local families, and be part of a vibrant community event. All stalls MUST have an interactive element, particularly those that involve young people.
How do I apply?
Stall applications open in advance of the event and spaces are limited.
Priority is given to local organisations and those offering activities or services that benefit young people and families. Please fill out the form below when applications open
When do stall applications for 2027 open?
We will open applications for new stalls on 1st January 2027 and they will close on the 1st April 2027, if not before, dependent on demand for stall places.
