A-Fest is proud to host a wide range of stalls from charities, community organisations, youth groups, local businesses, and independent traders.

We welcome applications from organisations and businesses that align with the values of A-Fest and offer something engaging, informative, or enjoyable for families and young people.

This includes community services, creative traders, food vendors, and activity providers.

Stall costs for 2026

  • Charities, voluntary groups and organisations - FREE

  • Local businesses and traders - £40.00

    • The increase in the business stall fee reflects the rising costs involved in delivering A-Fest and helps ensure the event can continue to run safely, professionally, and remain free for local families.

      A-Fest attracts thousands of visitors each year, offering businesses exceptional exposure and direct engagement with a large local audience. The fee helps cover essential running costs such as event infrastructure, insurance, licences, stewarding, and promotion, all of which have increased significantly in recent years.

      By asking businesses to contribute a slightly higher fee, we are able to maintain the quality and scale of the festival while keeping participation accessible for local families.

What do stalls involve?

Stalls are an opportunity to showcase what you do, engage directly with local families, and be part of a vibrant community event. All stalls MUST have an interactive element, particularly those that involve young people.

How do I apply?

Stall applications open in advance of the event and spaces are limited.
Priority is given to local organisations and those offering activities or services that benefit young people and families. Please fill out the form below.

What is the deadline for stall applications?

We will close applications for new stalls on the 1st April 2026.
